Mozilla Thunderbird with Lightning calendar add-on installed
.ics file ready for import
Thunderbird application runningImport Instructions
Open Mozilla Thunderbird: Launch Thunderbird and ensure Lightning add-on is enabled
Access Calendar View: Click the "Calendar" tab or use View → Calendar
Open Import Dialog: Go to File → Import → Calendar File, or right-click calendar and select "Import Calendar File"
Select Your .ics File: Browse to locate your .ics file and click "Open"
Choose Calendar Destination: Select which calendar to import events into
