How to Import .ics Files to Apple Calendar (macOS)

Prerequisites

macOS computer with Calendar app

.ics file ready for import

Calendar app running

Open Apple Calendar: Launch Calendar app from Applications folder or use Spotlight (Cmd+Space)

Access Import Menu: Go to File → Import or use Cmd+I shortcut

Select Your .ics File: Browse to locate your .ics file and click "Import"

Choose Calendar Destination: Select which calendar to import events into
